If a member doesn't cancel their membership, is it automatically renewed?
After a full year of being part of the club, Members have the freedom to cancel their Membership anytime with just 30 days’ notice - giving them complete control over when they choose to call it quits!

Why are your memberships, packages, and services non refundable?
Memberships are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for a variety of reasons, but ultimately it boils down to the fact that these memberships represent access to services that have been paid for in advance. When an individual purchases a membership, they commit upfront for access to certain services over a period of time. Because this is essentially an agreement between the customer and the skincare studio, once the commitment has been made we source and make predictions about allocating resources, services providers, and plan accordingly to serve you today and in the future.
